Support CIM Development & Other Collateral

  • Vet customer earnings reports and CIM packages to provide insight beyond historical financial reporting (i.e., value proposition, company positioning, brand assessment)
  • Design and develop marketing collateral that aligns with deal positioning and messaging

Deal Positioning & Messaging

  • Define the deal narrative, and geographic nuances, and proactively determine how to share the story in market
  • Articulate key messages and align these throughout the organization

Deal Announcement & Rollout

  • Build a communications plan that prepare the organization for the announcement of the deal and ensures the deal is positioned and messaged to maximize awareness
  • Design and facilitate rollout sessions to, and secure buy-in from, all internal and external stakeholders

Stakeholder Communications

  • Build the communications plan, including all relevant channels and tools, that supports ownership through transition
  • Identify FAQs and appropriate responses
  • Train key managers to effectively communicate about the deal and manage change internally
