- Vet customer earnings reports and CIM packages to provide insight beyond historical financial reporting (i.e., value proposition, company positioning, brand assessment)
- Design and develop marketing collateral that aligns with deal positioning and messaging
Deal Positioning & Messaging
- Define the deal narrative, and geographic nuances, and proactively determine how to share the story in market
- Articulate key messages and align these throughout the organization
Deal Announcement & Rollout
- Build a communications plan that prepare the organization for the announcement of the deal and ensures the deal is positioned and messaged to maximize awareness
- Design and facilitate rollout sessions to, and secure buy-in from, all internal and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Communications
- Build the communications plan, including all relevant channels and tools, that supports ownership through transition
- Identify FAQs and appropriate responses
- Train key managers to effectively communicate about the deal and manage change internally
