As Founder and President of Incite, Ted brings over 25 years of strategic marketing and consulting experience to the table. His proven ability to engage in complex business strategy and multi-stakeholder environments has enabled him to help a diverse range of private and public sector clients with growth strategy, communications, strategic issues management and brand development.
Ted is an active volunteer with the University of Alberta Venture Mentoring Service and Confed Hockey, and has recently served as the Board Chair of Edmonton Community Foundation. He is the proud recipient of 2004’s Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Small Business Owner of the Year Award and the 2008 BDC Young Entrepreneur Award.
Trish is a Partner and Principal at Incite. With a proven track record of producing impactful solutions that focus on meeting client objectives, Trish maintains a critical perspective throughout strategy development. As Principal, she leads client engagements to effectively position organizations for growth, leveraging her expertise in internal engagement and change management to ensure a fully integrated solution. Her people-focused approach has propelled numerous clients to build meaningful, lasting relationships within the industry and community, converting prospects into long-term partners.
Jesse works with clients to solve challenging problems and generate revenues, drawing from over 10 years of marketing, branding, strategic planning and stakeholder relations experience in the public, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. He has spearheaded effective organizational change, operational excellence and innovation by working collaboratively with stakeholders to build the foundation, structures and processes for long-term success.
Jesse is passionate about community, reflected in his involvement with organizations such as the interVivos Mentorship Program and Kepler Academy. He has also served on boards for Fort McMurray Tourism, the South Edmonton Business Association, 2015 Western Canada Summer Games – Wood Buffalo, and the Fort McMurray Sport Tourism Committee.
Always focused on the possibilities, Darren leads every brand strategy with creativity, passion, and drive. His array of artistic abilities, coupled with two decades of design experience, truly make him a creative catalyst. As Creative Director, Darren has successfully led hundreds of branding initiatives for our B2B, private, public, and not-for-profit clients.
As past president of the Advertising Club of Edmonton, Darren continues to remain involved in the creative community. He carries on his lifelong pursuit for art through visual expression with his design work and his work as an artist (large paintings are his favourite).
Confident and accomplished are two ways to describe Dania. With an abundance of relationship management and strategic communications experience, she knows exactly how to lead clients through in-depth planning and execution phases. Dania’s ability to develop and implement research-backed activities and provide advisory services that help Incite’s clients succeed is driven by her commitment to understanding every one of her client’s specific situations and individual needs.
Dania’s passion for community engagement is reflected in her ongoing involvement with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She has also used her skills and industry expertise to coach UofA students for JDC West business case competitions, and has served on the board for the Edmonton-based Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation (CEASE).
Stephanie brought her creativity, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills to our team in 2019. She works closely with clients to support strategy development and prepare and develop key deliverables that help them achieve their goals. Stephanie draws on her knowledge of marketing and strategic business analysis to help our clients rise above the competition and connect with their target audiences. Having owned and managed an art supply and instruction business, she understands the challenges our clients face and enjoys helping them create higher levels of success.
Stephanie is passionate and very reliable, successfully seeing projects through each phase of development. In 2015, she was a finalist for the Success 4 Business Start-Up Entrepreneur Award for Central Alberta. The award recognizes innovation, strategy, and general approach to business.
