27 Apr Incite Announces New Principal, Dania Spillett
April 20, 2021 – Incite is excited to announce that Dania Spillett has been promoted and is now a Principal in the firm.
In her role as Principal, Dania oversees client relationships, leads facilitation, and develops strategy. Dania will also join Incite’s leadership team, in addition to continuing to lead Incite’s marketing and community outreach efforts.
Dania joined Incite in 2014 and has assumed progressively senior roles in our client advisory business. She has led a diverse range of client engagements in the past year, including work with William Engineering, KBH Chartered Accountants, University Hospital Foundation, and Fort Edmonton Park. She has also been an active contributor to the expansion of Incite’s advisory services to support successful mergers and acquisitions, adding value throughout the transaction journey in the areas of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and post-merger integration.
“Dania is an important and highly driven member of our team,” said Ted Kouri, Founder and President of Incite. “Her commitment to growth, dynamic approach to client relationships, and experience helping organizations navigate complexity will make her very effective in the Principal role.” Dania joins Trish Kushniruk (Partner and Principal) and Jesse Meyer (Partner and Principal) as leaders of our client advisory team.
Dania’s ability to drive change and her experience in B2B sales, strategic communications, market research and strategy, and fund development will contribute to Incite’s growth plans. Prior to joining Incite, Dania worked in the commercial real estate, financial services, and non-profit sectors, including work overseas.
“I am grateful to Incite for this new challenge and am keen to continuing to work with our clients and partners to explore their potential and increase their impact,” said Dania Spillett. “Incite’s future is bright and I’m looking forward to helping lead the organization as we seek to grow the business in the years ahead.”
