August 10, 2021 – Incite is excited to announce that Dania Spillett is now an equity partner in the firm.

Dania is an important member of Incite’s leadership team and plays a major role in business development, managing clients, developing strategy, and building Incite’s profile in the community. Incite has a long tradition of employee ownership and we are pleased to have Dania join the partnership.

Dania joined Incite in 2014 and has assumed progressively senior roles during her time with the firm, including her promotion to Principal earlier this year.  In that capacity she leads client engagements, including recent work with Williams Engineering, Clark Builders, Ross & Sylvestre LLP Chartered Professional Accountants, University Hospital Foundation, YMCA of Northern Alberta, and the Town of Slave Lake.  She is also actively involved in the expansion of Incite’s advisory services to support successful mergers and acquisitions, including strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and post-merger integration.

“Dania’s dedication to Incite and our clients has been significant,” said Ted Kouri, Founder and President of Incite. “Her energy and drive are contagious, motivating everyone she works with. We know her expertise in communications and her ability to guide organizations through complex challenges will continue to benefit our clients as we grow.” Dania joins Darren Tonn (Partner and Creative Director) and Jesse Meyer (Partner and Principal) as minority shareholders of Incite.

“I am thrilled to become a partner at Incite and to further expand the firm’s relationships in the Alberta business community,” said Dania Spillett. “There are many exciting initiatives on Incite’s horizon. I feel privileged to join Ted, Darren, and Jesse in leading the firm as we expand into the M&A advisory space.”

Effective July 31, 2021, Dania has acquired outgoing partner Trish Kushniruk’s shares. After 9 amazing years with Incite, Trish has chosen to transition out of Incite to pursue a role more exclusively focused on supporting the development of people and culture from inside an organization. “We wish Trish all the best as she takes this next step,” said Ted Kouri. “She is a trusted partner and friend, and I know that great things are in store for her. Her many contributions to Incite, including her work in building Incite’s business development training and change management practices, leaves a positive legacy and she will always remain an important part of the Incite story.”
